Outdoor Summer Basketball Program

The MBA summer league is designed to allow for minimal instruction and supported game play in the park.  Teams are co-ed and will be created from players in attendance on any given night (similar to pick-up style basketball). 

Each league will play games on Tuesday and Thursday nights for 5 weeks beginning the week after the school year has concluded.  No games will be played on July 4th.  All games are played on the outdoor courts at Montgomery Park.  If weather cancels a game, a make up will take place on a Friday night.

Typical game schedule is as follows: 

Rising 4th & 5th grade  6:00 - 7:00 pm
Rising 6th & 7th grade  7:00 - 8:00 pm
Rising 8th & 9th grade  8:00 - 9:00 pm

Players will be assigned a team and be given a reversible jersey to wear.  Please note that players may be moved to another team on any given night to make the teams balanced.
Teams will be coached by area high school and/or college MBA basketball players.  This is not an instructional league.
